The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman (Northwest), Salihu Lukman, has said the level of impunity under the leadership of the former National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu, reached its height when the former Nasarawa state governor tried to impose a presidential candidate on the party.

Naija News reports that unknown gunmen attacked the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District on Sunday along Enugwu-Ukwu road in Anambra State.
It was gathered that the assailants ambushed the lawmaker’s convoy and opened fire on his cars in an attempt to get a hit on Ubah but the senator managed to escape the attack despite his car being riddled with bullets.
Some police operatives and aides of the lawmaker were killed in the attack.
