Ivory Coast-based Nigerian businessman, Nwoye Osondu, reportedly slumped and died while watching Nigeria’s Super Eagles clash with South Africa’s Bafana Bafana. Naija News reports that the semi-final tie, which ended 1-1 after extra time, with the Super Eagles winning on penalties, was filled with so much tension. However, billionaire businessman, Obianna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, announced the death of his friend, Osondu, in a post via Instagram on Thursday. According to him, Wednesday’s match took some good people away and questioned why such an unfortunate thing had to happen.
